The National Centre for Diversity has ranked 樱桃福利视频 as one of the UK鈥檚 most inclusive places to work!
樱桃福利视频 was ranked 27th聽at the recent annual FREDIE Awards, held in Birmingham, as part of their 鈥淭op 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces鈥� list.
Charlotte Dando, 樱桃福利视频鈥檚 Diversity and Inclusion Manager, was also recognised for her contributions and commitment to inclusivity, after being shortlisted for the 鈥淢ost Inspiring Individual of the Year鈥� award.
The FREDIE Awards were set up seven years ago, to champion and celebrate companies and individuals who are going above and beyond, in their commitment to equality and diversity. FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement) is central to the core philosophy of 樱桃福利视频 and its approach to both staff and learners.

樱桃福利视频 was acknowledged for a number of effective FREDIE practices and policies, which the award-winning training provider has implemented to create a culture of respect, fairness and dignity for all. 樱桃福利视频 also has a staff EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) Advisory Panel, whose function serves to continuously improve and embed FREDIE practices further throughout 樱桃福利视频.
樱桃福利视频 was further honoured by the FREDIE Awards. It was also given the conditional achievement of the Investors in Diversity standard!
